📦 Refund Policy
At Jonesworthy Marketplace, every item is made to order — often personalized or handcrafted just for you. Because of this, we do not offer refunds or replacements unless an error occurred during production that was our responsibility.
We strive to deliver meaningful, high-quality items with care. If something isn’t right, we’re happy to review your order and find a suitable resolution.
❗ Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect personalization, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
All sales are final for print-on-demand and personalized items.
🛠️ We’ll Consider a Remake (at no extra cost) if:
- There was a production error (wrong item, misprint, damage)
- You received a defective product
- The order arrived with visible manufacturing defects (photo proof required)
In rare cases (such as multiple remakes or production issues), refunds may be considered in the form of store credit only.
🔁 Returned to Sender
If your package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address:
- You may request a reshipment by paying a shipping and handling fee
- If you choose not to have it reshipped, we will issue a refund minus:
- The original shipping fee
- A 30% restocking fee
- If the item is lost or destroyed in return transit, a 50% store credit may be issued
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses submitted by the customer at checkout.
📬 Order Cancellation
- Personalized or custom-made items cannot be canceled or modified after purchase
- Non-custom orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase
🧾 Clearance Items
Clearance and sale items are final sale and may not include original packaging.
🌍 International Orders
Customs duties, taxes, and import charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These fees are the customer’s responsibility.
📅 Warranty Window
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. After 60 days from delivery, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements.

- Photo verification is required for quality review
